Is Your Tea A Brain Booster?
Tea! I don’t think that this beverage needs any introduction. We all are well updated with Tea and its varieties. But, a very few of us know the components and how the tea leaves are processed before it reaches us. Tea is much more than a simple cup of hot beverage. The tea plant, Camellia Sinensis is majorly grown in the regions of England, Scotland, United States, Canada, and India. Tea has captured everybody’s heart since ancient times. Tea is treated as medicine to cure Asthma, cold, cough and pneumonia.
Types of Tea
Normally Tea is available in two types - Black Tea and Green Tea. Their composition is almost the same and they both boost up mentally and physically. The only difference between Black and Green tea is the processing method. The Black Tea is fermented and dried to enhance the color and intensify the flavor, whereas, the Green Tea is pan-fried to lighten the color and reduce the intensity of flavor.
Benefits of Green and Black tea
1. Both Black and Green Tea are good for Heart. Just that excessive intake of Black Tea induces acidity, so it should not be taken unnecessarily.
2. Both Green Tea and Black Tea are good antioxidants.
3. Both are good for bones.
4. They both rejuvenate us mentally and increase the stamina.
5. Both the teas help in increasing metabolism.
Summary
In fact, both the Teas are good the only difference is that Black Tea is intense and gives bad effects on an excessive intake. Whereas, Green Tea is mild and less intense so there are no bad effects.
