The Baby Products Missed By Mothers in 90’s

Today, when every day a new baby product in launched in national and international markets, it is very necessary for you all to know what your mothers missed when you were just a toddler. Today parenting is very convenient and mothers find time to make their career also. But, the scene was not the same in 90’s.

The mothers of 90’s were very creative, they always found a way out to manage the most appropriate and best for their children, unlike today’s mothers, they don’t have to think much. All they need to do is to buy the product from the market.

Today there are several leading brands for baby products which are lifesavers for several new born parents. Both parents and the child are very demanding today, the child’s daily routine and activities are pre-decided and both the parents are working towards it to nurture and up-bring a healthy and happy child.  Parents start shopping long before the arrival of their angel.

Today, upbringing a child is much easier than it used to be in the past. I still remember my grandmother stories of knotting sweaters, socks, stitching small frocks, nappies at home to welcome the new member in the family. Small comforters, small pillows, mosquito net, caps, gloves, inners were made at home along with several spreads to wrap the child. The whole family used to be involved in the process to create a wardrobe for the baby. Today you get all baby products like, baby massage oil, baby creams, babyclothing, toys, feeding bottles, milk powders, baby lotion, baby soaps etc on just a click on your mobile.

There are several brands for baby products, which have made our lives easier and children happier.

Fisher Price

Johnson n Johnson

Philips Baby Milk Warmer

Himalaya Herbal Baby Products

Graco Baby Products

Gerber Baby Food

Little Tikes Indoor and Outdoor Toys

Pampers

Did You Had Your Morning Cup Of Yoga?

Today, people are very conscious about their health and fitness. Every third person is active in gym training, yoga or some other exercise like walking or jogging. There are several health clubs running successfully in the town. People are spending a lot on health and maintaining balanced figure. Both men and women are rushing to Dieticians and Beauticians blindly, just to look younger and younger. Everyone is becoming diet conscious, low-calorie food, low-cholesterol diet and so on. Early morning heavy workouts at gym including cardio and weight training are a common routine of most of the people in the city.

There are several benefits of doing Yoga every day. Yoga is beneficial for both physical and mental health. It should be included as ‘morning tea ‘in our daily routines.

·  Yoga relaxes our body and enhances the overall flexibility.
·       It increases the strengthening and toning up of muscles.
·       It cures Back Ache and reduces the chances of Slip Disk.
·  It Cures Arthritis and increases the bone density if continued for longer periods.
·       It cures Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.
·       It relieves Headache and cures Migraine.
·       It cures Insomnia.
·       It cures high blood pressure and maintains the proper functioning of our body.
·       The Breathing exercise in Yoga removes the CO2 from our body and purifies the blood.
·       Regular Yoga training improves the body metabolism and enhances balanced working of all organs.
·       The improved metabolism results in the excess weight reduction from the body.
·       Regular exercising improves Athletic performance.
·       Yoga strengthens our body and reduces the chances if injury and hemorrhages.
·       Yoga releases mental stress and fatigue.
·       It cures depression.
·       In increases the will power and determination.
·       It reduces chronic stress patterns.
In the end, I would suggest that Yoga should be made compulsory a morning cup of tea. This practice will strengthen our youth both physically and mentally.
