As the summers have already taken over and the climate is
changing every day, I can see exhausted and tired children coming from tuitions
and schools with heavy bags on their shoulders. They are so exhausted that they
don’t even want to eat lunch or anything as proper meals. Today children and teens are facing lack of appetite and
dehydration, all this is due to being in hot noon for a longer time.
Effects of Heat Stroke
Heat stroke is very dangerous and its effects are very
harmful if not controlled. In this the body temperature rises and results in
the redness of eyes and skin, headache, migraine, dizziness and dehydration. If
not controlled immediately it might result in kidney failure and other
complications.
Easy Remedies for HeatStroke
There are several easily available remedies for heat stroke. These
include the cold beverages and drinks which hydrate our body immediately and are
rich in n nutrients also. These beverages are rich sources of Vitamin B, C,
Glucose and lots of instant energy.

Tang, Rasna, Glucon D, Glucose, Frooti, Appi and many many more. These are very
tasty and nutritious and rich sources of sugar and glucose.
2. Home-Made Seasonal Beverages like Jaljeera, Panaa, cold-coffee, milk shakes, fruit
juices, fruit palate, etc . these all are made fresh and can be made as per
particular person’s likings and tastes. In olden days, people made thandai at
home to fight heat stroke.
3. Herbal and Spices juices or extracts like Aamla juice, Bel juice, Aloe Vera juice, Jamunjuice , etc, these are available as concentrates in the market and are mixed
with water to kick off heat stroke or dehydration. These are made in sugar
syrup and added preservatives to increase its shelf life.
